1. How do I place an order?

To ensure the issue is resolved quickly:

- Provide photos of any damaged items or packaging (if applicable).

6. Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?
Once your order is confirmed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure quick delivery. Therefore, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations once the order is placed. 7. What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange items within 2 days from the date of delivery.
- All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
